Job Description: Reporting to the Power Plant Operations Supervisor / Coordinate
fuel tanker off-loading / Discharging of fuel / Fuel sampling and
testing / Fork lift truck driving / Use of MEWP / Act as banksman
/ General housekeeping and cleaning / Jet washing / Recording
power plant readings and uploading the data / Supporting the
operations team on power plant start-ups, shutdowns,
maintenance and spare parts management / Contribute to the
safe and environmentally compliant operation of the power plant
/ Help to maximize power plant availability and reliability
Requirements: 2 years in a continuous process operational environment
Fork lift truck driving license / certification
Safe systems of work (risk assessments, method statements)
Microsoft Office
Capable and confident in working within a team environment
Positive attitude to responsibilities / development opportunities
NVQ 2 in Process, Electrical or Mechanical engineering
IOSH Working Safely (preferred)
