At Power Generation Resources, our aim is to make things simple for our clients.
Here’s how it works:
We will meet you to discuss your project manpower needs.
We will confirm the outcome of our discussions in writing and state our proposals.
With commitment established, we will submit candidates for your review and feedback.
When we agree upon candidates, you will have the option of a phone or in-person interview.
Once a candidate has been approved by you and a contract is in place, we will mobilize the selected engineer to your project.
After mobilization, we will keep in regular contact with you to monitor progress.
We will visit your site for a face to face meeting with you and also to discuss any personal needs with our employee.
